I was able to make an appointment the same week of my issue. Text message confirmations prior to the appointment were reassuring. Upon arrival, the staff were prompt and courteous, and the office is orderly and clean. I was seen first by the assistant, who took vitals and left. Within 10 minutes of my entering the exam room, the doctor was in the room as well addressing my issue. I paid on my way out and the entire appointment took 30 minutes.

Front office was friendly and no wait to check in.
Dr. Purser and his assistant were gentle with my procedure.
Dr. Purser was knowledgeable about what medications.mybonsirance would and would not take. Definitely recommend him.

Dr Brown is very friendly and concerned with me as a person, not just another patient. Staff is also very nice and helpful. Everyone is professional and treats me with respect and kindness.
Dr Brown wants to help prevent problems by asking about my daily routine and making recommendations based on what works best for me.
