I like and appreciate Dr. Brown very much and I feel well taken care off by her!
I give her 5 stars but the rest was very disappointing.
I was not happy with the prelude to seeing her. I had to wait 45 minutes, i.e appointment was at noon and I finally saw her at 12:45. Much too long of a waiting time! All the patience around me were called in to see their doctor. I was told there was a shortage of helpers on the side of the praxis she was working on. My time is valuable, I do not think that the doctor would wait 45 minutes for me to come in. I understand 15 minutes late but not almost an hour. I was about ready to walk out. I hope that is a one time occurrence !

Dr. Brown is wonderful! She was patient, listened to all of my concerns, and my procedure was painless. The nurse who gave the numbing shot was also fantastic and I couldn't even feel it!

Dr. Brown is warm and caring, does a wonderful job explaining and caring for your needs. This is my second year coming HCD and very pleased with the efficiency of this office without losing the care factor. Five star rating without a doubt!

Both Dr’s I saw were extremely professional and attentive to what I was saying. Most Dr’s I’ve visited are dismissive and arrogant, assuming they know what is going with my body. My experience at Country hill was quite the contrary, both Dr’s were patient and seemed to express sincere interest and concern in what is going on with me. I’d recommend this practice to everyone needing to see a dermatologist or rheumatologist.
