- On BOTOX®Cosmetic Day itself, patients will be able to buy a $50 BOTOX® Cosmetic gift card and get a second $50 BOTOX® Cosmetic gift card for free, while supplies last.
- For a whole week—from November 15 through November 21—patients will be able to earn double Allē points on their BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment.
Terms and conditions apply. Both offers are only available to Alle- members at providers who participate in Alle-, so it is important that your accounts get their patients (and themselves!) signed up.
How can patients buy gift cards?
Alle - members can buy the gift cards at Www.BotoxCosmeticDay.com on November 17, starting at 12 PM EST/9 AM PST.
You cannot buy gift cards by phone or in the office.
Will the gift cards only be available for 1 day?
Yes, this is a 1-day offer, starting at 12 PM EST/9 AM PST and available until 8 PM EST/5 PM PST, or until supplies last.
How many gift cards will be available this year?
There will be a limited number of gift cards available, while supplies last. We expect gift cards to sell out quickly, so please make sure your accounts are aware of this.
When will the gift cards be released?
November 17, starting at 12 PM EST/9 AM PST. We have chosen this time to give all accounts, including those in Alaska and Pacific Standard Time, ample time for their patients to take part.
Can patients buy any number of gift cards?
No, there is a limit of 1 gift card offer per Alle- member.
Will the gift cards sell out again this year?
Yes, the gift cards will likely sell out—probably on the day of release.
GIFT CARDS
How will patients receive their gift cards?
By email—at the email address they used at purchase. Each patient will receive their gift cards in the form of 2 digital codes—1 code for each $50 gift card. Gift cards will be automatically added to a patient’s Alle- wallet, and you’ll receive an email to confirm this. It can take up to 3 business days for the gift cards to arrive.
Can the gift cards only be used on BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) treatments?
Yes, you can only be used on BOTOX® Cosmetic—not on any other product or treatment.
Will patients be able to add the BOTOX® Cosmetic Day gift card to their Alle- wallet?
This will happen automatically, and you’ll receive an email confirming that their gift card has been added to their Alle- wallet. If patients wish to share their gift card with someone else, the email will explain how to do so with both Alle- members (direct from their Alle- wallet) and nonmembers (by email or text). Once the gift card is in a patient’s Alle- wallet, their provider can apply it at checkout.
Can patients give their gift cards to other people?
Yes, they can either redeem both gift cards for themselves, or redeem 1 and gift the other, or gift both. If you give a gift to an existing Alle- member, you can do so directly from their Alle- wallet. If you give a gift to a nonmember, you can share the gift card code by email or text. Of course, the recipient must then join Alle- in order to redeem the gift card. Gift cards must be redeemed at a participating Alle- provider’s office. Once a gift card has been redeemed, it can no longer be used.
Can the gift cards be applied to past transactions?
No.
Can the gift cards be exchanged for cash?
No.
Must the gift cards be used on BOTOX® Cosmetic Day, or can they be used in the future?
Either way—the gift cards do not expire. Patients can use them immediately or at any time in the future, although it may take up to 3 business days for the gift cards to arrive by email.
Can the gift cards be combined with other Alle- points, gift cards, or offers?
Yes, patients can redeem their gift cards in combination with other Alle- points, as well as applicable Alle- or BOTOX® Cosmetic gift cards or offers.
Can the gift cards be used in part?
No, the complete value of each gift card must be used in a single transaction.

During the promotion period, can patients earn double Alle- points on any product or treatment?
No, you can earn double points on BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment only, but you can earn standard Alle- points on all other eligible purchases.
What if a patient is not appropriate for BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment? Can they still take advantage of the double Alle- points offer?
No—as mentioned above, patients can earn double points on BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment only.
Is there a maximum number of double Alle- points patients can earn?
Yes, up to 400 points (eg, 200 points x 2 = 400).
Is there a maximum number of times patients can earn double Alle- points?
Yes, you can earn double points only once.
How soon will patients receive their double Alle- points?
Patients should allow up to 48 hours for the points to arrive in their Alle- account.
Can the double Alle- points be applied to past transactions?
No.
Can the double Alle- points be exchanged for cash?

Is there a BOTOX® Cosmetic Day website?
Will the website show a pre-event message or prompt?
Yes, if a patient visits the website before BOTOX® Cosmetic Day, they’ll be prompted to book a consultation between November 15 and 21 and to join Allē.
That way, you can take advantage of both offers—double Allē points on their BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment and the BOTOX® Cosmetic gift card.
Do patients need to be Alle- members?
Yes, patients must be Alle- members to take advantage of the BOTOX® Cosmetic Day offers.
How can patients join Alle-?
